Blood, Sweat and Killer Legs

Good Morning Pretties!

It's in the air! There is something about the Olympic games that encourages all of us, and if you have been watching the games this year, then like me, you may be feeling inspired and focused! These individuals are rock solid healthy, goal-oriented and driven to achieve set results.

Hey Now! Just because most of us may never stand up on a podium, doesn't mean we can't set physical and mental goals and knock them out of the park! It won't be easy, but I challenge and encourage you to take a leap towards a better body and healthier lifestyle.

Today's post is geared towards leaning up 3 main body parts: Legs, Abs, and Back. Each workout takes no longer than 15 minutes. Let's do this!
